CURRENCY
All prices listed on our website are in US dollars.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before work can commence. The balance of the 50% is to be paid at the end of the project, once project is approved and before the final package is delivered. A deposit invoice is emailed to you at the start of the project.

CANCELLATIONS
You can make cancellations at any time. Please keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable.

REVISIONS
Each project will specify the number of revisions included. Additional revisions can be made for an hourly rate and will be quoted based on the project.

COMMUNICATION
All requests must be submitted via to Tonythefreelancer.com requires a minimum time frame for work requests is 72 hours or 3 business days turnaround. The more time allotted for project completion, the better. Graphic design requests and editing or proofing services generally require a minimum of 48 hours for completion.

An expedited, urgent or emergency requests will be difficult to accommodate, and fulfillment is not guaranteed.

APPROVED DESIGN/GRAPHICS
The client is solely responsible for reviewing and proofreading all designs received from us. We disclaim any liability for errors, mistakes, or misspellings in the designs once they are printed. Please carefully check all designs for accuracy and spelling before approving them for print. If changes or modifications are needed, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
